Ok. Here is a breif discription of Trinity blood.
Set 900 years after an apocalyptic war between humans and vampires, the series focuses on the (sort of) on-going cold war between the Vatican, the human government, and the Empire, the government of the Methuselah (Vampires). Fighting on the Vatican's side is Abel Nightroad, a Krusnik–a vampire that feeds on vampires. A blend of sci-fi, fantasy, and political intrigue, as some in the Vatican and the Empire strive for peace, the Rosen Kreuz Order will do anything to stop it.
Races:
Terrans: Metusalah call humans by that name. Being humans themselves, it is the name of their race. The Methuselah refer to humans as "Terrans", the Short-Lived Race.
Methusulah: Methuselah, more commonly know as vampires, were initially humans, who became vampires from becoming infected by an extraterrestrial bacterium. They are living creatures, look almost totally human and at puberty, they develop a weakness to sunlight, are able to breed with each other, biting of humans results in death of the victim. They are naturally faster, stronger and more resilient then humans, although some humans can match them in combat with enough training. The word "vampire" is something of a racial slur towards Methuselah. The methuselah do not just live on blood, but they can live on food too. They just don't like the taste as much as human blood.
Krusnics: The Krusnik or Crusnik's as they are called are vampires who feed on the blood of other vampires. They possess immense power and destructive potential and are nearly invincible. They are easily able to overwhelm even the most powerful of Methuselahs and with enough strength to raze a whole city. Their lifespan is longer than that of normal vampires. Because of this, they have gained enough experience and ability to retain a high position of power, as Commanders during the Human-Methuselah war (Armageddon) and as leaders after the war.
